Whistleblowing
Whistleblowing is a disclosure of information made by a person who, in the performance of his or her duties within the organization to which they belong, becomes aware of an unlawful act, an event that could constitute a crime, or any irregular conduct or a violation of internal regulations at Tivoli Group.
In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions on the protection of persons reporting violations of national laws (Whistleblowing), Tivoli Group provides the following reporting system to indicate irregularities or violations of specific regulatory sectors. All interested parties are required to report the identified substantiated violations with details to the company's Whistleblowing Manager, using this system.
